See Hulda Clark books. She has done extensive research on the treatment of parasites.
I suspect you have a problem with Candida. Candida feeds on sugar, the wine is drunk does not help, of course, to your problem. And vinegar is the worst! You need a system less sugar, if you have severe candida. Eat fresh vegetables and lean meat. I also had a problem with Candida. It is manifested by an allergy to wheat and yeast, I never knew that I intended for adults. When I realized I had candida was tired, acne, headaches, joint pain, hair loss, bad breath and unpleasant. Now I feel much better and healthy. Let me know if you need more information.
Instead of red wine vinegar can use Organic Apple Cider Vinegar want (flip of the fence post: Products Bragg)
Parasites, clean fruit and nuts (black), especially walnuts, preferably raw. Fruit, ideally, you at home, not in the bottle.
If you can tolerate: onion, garlic juice.
